Your role will be crucial in assisting project managers with scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation management.
Project Planning And Execution
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan, implement, and close out projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules and allocating resources to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting summaries, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Support the creation of visual and written reports to effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Communication And Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners regarding project status, updates, and changes.
- Act as a liaison to ensure stakeholder requirements and expectations are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring And Risk Management
- Track project progress against established goals and timelines, proactively identifying potential delays or obstacles.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation by coordinating solutions and escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
Meeting And Activity Coordination
- Organize and manage project-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- (1-3) years of experience in project coordination or management, with a track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic for effective communication.
