• Key Responsibilities will be supporting the Project Manager in all the below:
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead full-cycle project execution across data, analytics, and AI domains
• Ensure projects are delivered

(e.g., Agile, PMBOK, Scrum)

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques, in accordance with standard project management processes such as change control boards, impact assessments, and formal approval workflows

Client Success Coordinator

• during project delivery to ensure value realization, gather continuous feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for enhancement or extended collaboration.
• Build strong, trust-based strategic relationships that foster long-term collaboration and client confidence
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams, tracking tasks and deliverables with precision
• Report progress and risks clearly and regularly to both internal teams and clients
• Encourage collaboration and trust within the team to ensure everyone contributes to achieving the project goals
• Oversee procurement-related responsibilities such as managing vendor contracts, tracking invoicing milestones, and ensuring timely collection and processing of client payments.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and formal correspondence.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
• Based in the

• Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science

• or a related technical field.
• **2–3 years of experience**
• coordinating/delivering data-related, AI, or software consulting projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and support manage complex projects without minimal supervision.
• **Familiarity with value-driven delivery or success management practices.**
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to Have
• Experience with
• government
• or
• corporate
• clients in the Gulf region.
• Exposure to
• top officials or C-level stakeholders.
• Experience conducting
• post-project evaluations
• to identify lessons learned.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
