Project Coordinator

Complete and track tasks requiring specialized technical knowledge of the AEC industry.

Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and other internal staff, as needed.

Assist with drafting project documents, proposals, and correspondence; communicate with staff, clients, and teaming partners as appropriate.

Research and help resolve billing questions and issues, both internally and externally.

File, track, review, and organize Master Service Agreements and Term Contracts; notify Project Managers of issues as appropriate.

Coordinate with Project Managers regarding required contract and project documentation.

Prepare and review cost reports to track labor, travel, materials, and other project expenses.

Interface with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, clients, and Accounting, as directed.

Assist with project submittals, deliverables, and other project documentation.

Support project teams with close‑out requirements to ensure timely project completion.

Assist with meeting documentation, specifications, and general word processing, as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Expected annual salary range depending on experience: $62,000-$68,000
