Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, records, timelines, and clear communications.
- Identify and onboard vendors, negotiate with them, and ensure work meets project requirements.
- Coordinate design teams, production units, clients, and external vendors.
- Monitor budgets and costs while maintaining project profitability and quality.
- Coordinate installation teams to support timely installs and competitive pricing.
- Ensure projects meet industry standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end project coordination, including fabrication, installation, and logistics.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of project management or coordination experience, including outsourcing and vendor management in retail displays and visual merchandising.
- Bachelor’s degree; Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Excellent English communication and time management skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with strong ethical conduct.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Schedule
- Evening shift hours are 6:30 PM–4:30 AM IST.
- Workdays are Monday through Friday.
- The description states immediate joining.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Benefits include paid time off and Provident Fund.
