Overview

  • Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs) based on project specifications, P&IDs, isometrics, and engineering
  • drawings.
  • Support the preparation of technical submittals, commercial and technical proposals, pre-qualification
  • documents, and tender packages.
  • Gather and compile data required for proposal development, including material specifications, cost
  • estimates, scope definitions, and schedule inputs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to collect accurate information for
  • proposal preparation.
  • Assist the design team in developing drawings, schematics, and spool manufacturing packages.
  • Ensure timely updating, revision, and modification of drawings based on design changes, site
  • requirements, client comments, and internal review cycles; coordinate with design and engineering
  • teams to identify when and where drawing updates are required.
  • Maintain proper document control and ensure updated files are accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, QC, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth
  • project progress.
  • Follow up on procurement requests, material deliveries, and internal approvals to prevent project delays.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Support QC and ITP-related activities by coordinating inspections and monitoring required
  • documentation.
  • Create item codes and update BOMs, routings, and cost data in ERP and Salesforce as part of project
  • coordination activities.
  • Review and verify drawings and documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Follow up on inspection reports and document approvals to ensure timely closure.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes, action lists, and follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with clients for document submissions, clarifications, and proposal-related queries when
  • required.
  • Escalate bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints to the Line Manager for timely resolution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and maintain all project logs and trackers.
  • Support workflow improvements and process optimization activities within the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, procedures, and quality standards at all project stages.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and
  • proposal commitments.
