Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of manpower supply projects, utilizing project management software to track progress and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope to maintain alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring all team members are informed and equipped to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management that highlight key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including HR and finance, to ensure that all aspects of project execution align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes and action items, and following up with team members to ensure accountability and progress towards project milestones.
  • Support budget management by tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints, providing insights for cost saving opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback from team members and clients, implementing best practices to enhance project coordination processes.
