Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across the organization.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Monitor project deliverables, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Support risk identification and issue resolution by escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain project records, reports, and communication logs.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project management standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification or training (CAPM, PMP coursework, or equivalent).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budget tracking and reporting.
