Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage the execution of civil and structural works, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.
- Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and handover.
- Lead the delivery of interior fit-out and finishing packages, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project coordination.
- Monitor daily progress on-site, address technical and logistical issues, and drive productivity.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.
- Implement cost control measures, risk mitigation strategies, and value engineering where applicable.
- Manage and mentor a team of site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and handle all inspections and approvals.
Skills
- Expertise in structural works, fit-out, and finishing for high-rise and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Sound understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and authority approvals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Quality assurance, HSE, and contract administration knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
Educational & Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) – . Master of Science (MS)
