Ashghal Kahramaa Civil Defence Qatar Ensure all designs comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local regulations Track NOCs, permits, and authority approval processes D.
Project Planning & Reporting Prepare and maintain design schedules, trackers, and progress reports Monitor key milestones and highlight delays/risks Conduct coordination meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) Report progress to senior management and stakeholders E.
Documentation & Quality Control Ensure proper management of design documentation and version control Review drawings for consistency, coordination, and quality standards Maintain logs for RFIs, submissions, approvals, and revisions F.
Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams Facilitate smooth communication across all project parties Support value engineering and design optimization discussions
