Project Coordinator

Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning through execution
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Monitor project schedules, requirements, and deliverables
• Coordinate logistics, materials, equipment, and manpower as required
• Monitor truck loading and ensure materials are properly prepared for delivery
• Assist in tracking project opportunities and updating project information
• Prepare and organize project-related documents and reports
• Support the team in ensuring projects are completed on time and according to requirements
• Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the events, exhibition, fit-out, or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Must have a valid Qatar ID (QID)
• Transferable visa is preferred
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Compensation

• Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

Travel

• Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
