Lavora Printing Services LLC is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator for printing, branding, and signage projects in Abu Dhabi.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from order through completion and liaise between clients, sales, production, and installation teams.
- Follow up on project schedules, materials, and production.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements, and installations.
- Communicate with clients and update project status.
- Ensure projects meet requirements and are completed on time.
- Handle multiple projects and coordinate daily activities.
Requirements
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Experience in printing, signage, branding, or advertising is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills; strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- One year of graphic designing experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying from AED 2,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
