- To coordinate the execution of projects with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site team.
- Prepare submittals of Job in Hand Projects.
- Prepare Method Statement/Risk Assessments for Job in Hand Projects.
- Coordinate site progress & requirements with office staff.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Send/receive emails with clients, subcontractors & suppliers.
- Assist in cost estimation.
- Assist in budgeting for projects and maintaining budget.
- Produce shop drawings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for projects, tenders, and correspondence.
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
