Role overview

Project delivery

• Coordinate client projects, suppliers, procurement activities, and project schedules.
• Prepare and review shop drawings against approved designs, site measurements, and project requirements.
• Prepare client presentations, concept boards, artwork proposals, material selections, and visual layouts.
• Source locally manufactured furniture, decorative items, and bespoke design elements with regional artisans and suppliers.
• Work with in-house artists and creative teams on customized artwork.
• Visit sites to verify dimensions, installation requirements, and site conditions.
• Oversee installation, workmanship, quality standards, and design intent.
• Manage post-installation inspections, client follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications and requirements

• The posting requests a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; its education details separately mark a bachelor's as preferred.
• Previous experience in interior design, fit-out, project coordination, or furniture and decoration procurement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; ability to read and prepare technical and shop drawings.
• English is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• UAE interior design and fit-out market experience is preferred; 2 years of fit-out experience is listed as preferred.

Pay

• AED 2,500–4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
