Project Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master project register.
• Coordinate activities across design, supervision, and technical teams; track stages, deadlines, actions, and responsible team members.
• Follow up with engineers and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
• Prepare weekly project status and management reports.
• Coordinate site inspection schedules, checklists, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor team workloads, timesheets, and project assignments.
• Maintain accurate, organized project documentation.
• Escalate delays, risks, and unresolved issues to management.
• Support project management systems, standard operating procedures, and process improvements.
• Own coordination and follow-up so information remains accurate and tasks do not fall through the gaps.

Requirements

• Two to five years in project coordination, project controls, engineering consultancy, or construction-related environments.
• UAE experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Zoho, ERP, or project management system experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Engineering or relevant technical background is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined, with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is full-time and in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
