The Project Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site work and the option to complete some tasks from home.
The person in this role will coordinate editorial and marketing projects, manage timelines, and support communication between writers, editors, and partners.
Typical responsibilities include organizing project schedules, tracking deliverables, preparing basic reports, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
The Project Coordinator will help arrange interviews and events, maintain documentation and project records, and assist with day-to-day administrative support for the editorial and operations teams.
This role involves regular collaboration, clear communication, and proactive follow-up to keep projects running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking tools).
- Interest in media, publishing, or business topics, ideally with exposure to editorial or marketing environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
- Previous experience in coordination, administration, or project support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
