Project Coordination Engineer (UAE National)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure design activities across teams and disciplines, aligning deliverables with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a point of contact between design teams, clients, and authorities; facilitate communication across internal and external teams.
• Check design documents and specifications for quality; ensure designs meet safety, environmental, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain design plans, progress reports, compliance records, and other project documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients; stay current on infrastructure standards and codes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferable.
• 3–5 years of related experience in infrastructure design or project coordination.
• Experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Desired skills

• Sustainable infrastructure design experience, GIS tools, data analysis, and familiarity with ADQCC Standards are desired.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and client and statutory-authority interfacing skills are desired.
