Project Controls Scope & Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management processes across projects.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational requirements.
- Support project controls governance, performance reporting, and decision-making.
- Coordinate scope management activities and evaluate impacts to schedule, cost, and project objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve project risks, issues, and interface challenges.
- Develop integrated reporting, metrics, and analysis to support project performance and regulatory compliance.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 10-15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or major capital project delivery.
- Ability to provide strategic direction and oversight for scope management, change control, risk management, cost control, and schedule integration processes.
- Experience presenting project performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of scope management, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change control processes.
- Senior individual contributor who leads through influence, coordination, governance, and integration across multiple disciplines.
- Experience in nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
