Project Controls Manager (Fit-Out)
Riyadh | Full-Time
We are hiring a Project Controls Manager for high-end fit-out projects in Riyadh. This role will lead project controls, procurement coordination, and technical submittals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project controls: scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting
- Monitor progress and address delays proactively
- Handle procurement packages (finishes, joinery, MEP, materials)
- Track procurement timelines and supplier commitments
- Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents
- Coordinate approvals with consultants and clients
- Work closely with project, site, and procurement teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction / Architecture
- 10–12 years’ experience in construction, with strong fit-out exposure
- Experience in project controls, procurement, and technical submittals
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and MEP coordination
- GCC experience preferred
Technical Skills
- Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Procurement tracking & reporting tools
- Shop drawings & material submittal review
