**Position Overview:** We are looking for a Project Controls Manager on a large project in Riyadh, KSA.

The role will be overseeing the schedule development, procurement, planning, progress monitoring and reporting for this real estate development.

**Key Responsibilities:** Maintaining the schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.

Set up, develop and control all platforms for project tracking and reporting.

Manage schedule of a large project continually assessing complexity and risk of the project.

Review and report on project metrics regularly and advise project leadership of issues.

Investigate and analyse variances in data as needed.

Coordinate with Contract Administrators in assessing extension of time claims, merits of claims, delay analysis,

Prepare reports internally for the project leadership team and externally for the client and other stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications:** Degree Certificate in engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in the field

Min 5 years of experience in Gulf region

P6 trained with minimum 5 years utilizing this software.

Earned Value (EV) and Planned Value (PV) Reporting expert, able to cost load to a detailed WBS to enable financial reporting against programme and coordination with contracted terms and conditions.

Professional Memberships are an advantage.

Extensive experience in managing Project Controls on large, mixed use construction projects in the MENA region.

High calibre team leadership skills, managing multiple nationalities on a major programme.

Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
