Resolute, Brevitas’s recruitment division, is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator for Syntaris, its healthcare division.

The role supports project coordination, administration, and controls in a project-based environment; it is not an IT role.

Syntaris supports clients throughout the project lifecycle with project controls, project management, and technical support.

The position is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with hybrid flexibility: four days in the office and one day remote per week.

Track project progress through meetings, email follow-ups, and team updates; maintain trackers, action logs, status reports, and control tools.
Support change management and cost tracking, actual-versus-budget updates, and forecast inputs under the Project Manager’s direction.
Prepare project and portfolio status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Keep project information accurate, organized, and available for decision-making.

Two to three years of project coordination, project administration, or project controls experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects.
A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good written communication, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
Ability to work independently with guidance and escalate issues when needed.
