The description presents an Accountant opportunity supporting a construction infrastructure corporation.
The role processes monthly time-and-material invoices for approximately 20 joint ventures totaling $2.5 million per month.
The position directly supports the Controller with additional analysis and projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly time-and-material invoices in accordance with joint venture agreement terms.
- Complete invoicing within two weeks after month-end close.
- Reconcile labor hours and materials costs and coordinate with payroll and project management to ensure accurate labor invoicing.
Qualifications
- An accounting bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Infrastructure construction experience is preferred.
- Accounting software proficiency and advanced Excel skills are listed.
- Requires attention to detail, organization, communication, priority management, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
