The work focuses on schedule, cost, forecasting, progress measurement, and project performance during EPC execution.
Employment and deployment
- Employment type: full-time.
- Deployment is office-based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Lead project controls and manage planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and progress measurement.
- Track project performance against schedules, budgets, and objectives; monitor variances and support recovery actions.
- Coordinate controls across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.
- Support earned value analysis, risk and change management, forecasting, and estimate-to-complete activities.
- Prepare reports, participate in progress reviews and management meetings, and maintain controls documentation and reporting systems.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of relevant project controls experience on major projects.
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or major industrial projects; previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
- Experience across planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, and multidisciplinary EPC controls.
- Good understanding of Earned Value Management, risk management, and change management.
- Previous ADNOC approval as a Project Control Manager is an advantage.
- PMP, AACE CCP, PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
