Role description
Part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
Oversees project planning, control, and monitoring related to implementation and evolution of the NATO Maven Smart System.
Coordinates with project managers and cross-functional teams to track milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Support decision-making with accurate data.
- Ensure adherence to established processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management and project control skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Experience with project leadership and coordination of project managers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Plan and organize project activities, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software; familiarity with reporting dashboards.
- Analyze project data, identify risks and issues, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for hybrid and international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
- Experience in defense, technology, AI, or complex systems integration projects is beneficial.
