Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project schedules, baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Track project progress, productivity, and schedule performance.
- Monitor budgets, actual costs, commitments, accruals, and forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Apply Earned Value Management metrics, including CPI and TCPI.
- Support contractor claims, variations, EOT assessments, and change management.
- Identify project risks and support contingency planning.
- Prepare progress and cost reports, management dashboards, and coordinate with project and contractor teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Project Controls experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in major projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in EPC/EPCC projects, claims, and risk management.
- Oil and gas, fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, or process industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with project planning and reporting tools is an advantage.
