• Assist in project planning and development of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
• Coordinate project tasks, activities, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Assist in identifying project risks and supporting risk mitigation strategies.
• Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Assist in maintaining a detailed project schedule and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment among project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in project coordination or related roles.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.
• Adaptability to handle changing project dynamics.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to project success.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
