Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Project Coordinator / Business Development Executive** to join our growing interior design company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design sales, client relationship management, and project coordination, with the ability to bring in new business opportunities and oversee projects from contract award to completion.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in the interior design and fit-out industry
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the interior design sector
- Strong network of clients, consultants, developers, and industry contacts in the UAE market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and clients for interior design and fit-out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industry partners
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage project proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project briefings to understand client requirements
- Coordinate project requirements between clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables from project award to completion
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow up on contract execution, project variations, payments, and close-out documentation
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market presence
