About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile **Project-Based Full-Stack Software Developer** to join our team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong experience across multiple technologies and exceptional debugging abilities.
You should be comfortable working with unfamiliar codebases, tracing execution paths, and resolving complex production issues efficiently.
This role requires expertise across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment environments, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within defined project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications based on project requirements
- Build responsive and high-performance web applications using **React.js** and **Next.js**
- Develop backend services and APIs using **Node.js (Express.js, NestJS)** and **.NET Framework (C#)**
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in **TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, and Python**
- Work with **PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Redis** for database design, queries, and optimization
- Develop and maintain **Salesforce solutions** (Apex, LWC, SOSL/SOQL, Flows)
- Debug complex issues in both development and production environments using logs, breakpoints, and profiling tools
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Deploy and manage applications using **Docker** across **Linux and Windows environments**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

- Server setup and management (cPanel, Plesk)
- Domain and DNS configuration
- SSL certificate installation and renewal

- Experience deploying applications and configuring web servers
