Project Architect — Hotels & Luxury Residential

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from design development through working drawings and site coordination.
• Prepare client presentations and handle related client questions.
• Visit sites in Siliguri, Assam, North Bengal, and Sikkim, with several days outside the studio in most months.
• Report to the Head of Architecture & Design and work alongside a design team of more than 10 people.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree with COA registration or registration in process.
• Four to seven years of practice on projects that were built.
• Demonstrated ownership of project decisions and delivery, not only individual drawing production.
• Hospitality or high-end residential experience is advantageous but not required.
• High standards of completion and proactive escalation of project problems are required.
• Hindi and Bengali are used at the studio; Nepali is useful, and English is needed for documentation.

Compensation

• Compensation is ₹55,000 to ₹70,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses are tied to project performance and studio results.

Workplace and relocation
