Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Dubai.
The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of architectural designs from concept to completion.
Daily tasks will include preparing detailed architectural drawings, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
The role also involves reviewing submittals, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and utilizing advanced tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM).
The Project Architect will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and luxury-focused designs that align with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, including the ability to create and interpret architectural designs and drawings
- Experience in Project Management and expertise in overseeing all aspects of project timelines
- Knowledge of and experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies
- Understanding of Submittals and the ability to review and coordinate technical documents
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for client and consultant collaboration
- Ability to deliver projects and meet strict timelines with attention to quality and detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field (license and certifications are a plus)
- Prior experience in luxury residential projects and an understanding of UAE building regulations is highly desirable
