Full Job Posting

Develop design concepts, site plans, elevations, and structural schemes based on client requirements, site conditions, and budget.
Produce construction documents, detailed blueprints, and 3D digital models using BIM and CAD software.
Ensure plans comply with zoning bylaws, building codes, fire regulations, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with structural, civil, and MEP engineers, landscape architects, and surveyors.
Prepare planning approval and building permit documentation and assist with contractor bid analysis.
Visit construction sites, resolve field design issues, review shop drawings, and verify work against approved plans.

Professional B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
Active professional architecture license, such as COA registration in India or an equivalent country license.
3–7+ years of architectural firm experience managing projects from design through construction.
Advanced expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion.
Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, structural systems, and sustainable design principles.
Strong leadership, client presentation, attention to detail, and adaptive problem-solving skills.
