The Project Analyst joins the University of St Andrews Business Transformation Team.
The role contributes to a multi-year project to identify and deliver automation and efficiency improvements across University functions.
The work aims to improve student and staff experience, process efficiency, and risk reduction.
Responsibilities
- Review efficiency proposals from University stakeholders and analyze process opportunities or issues.
- Document and optimize processes, then work with IT developers to identify appropriate solutions.
- Consider available tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and other AI-enabled applications.
Candidate profile
- The University seeks an analytical and solution-oriented colleague who can identify problems and opportunities.
- The analyst should help leverage efficiency tools and work with IT developers and stakeholders.
Salary and contract
- Salary is Grade 5, £32,080–£37,694 per year.
- The position is full time and fixed term through 30 November 2028; the stated start date is 16 November 2026.
