Role Description
The Project Analyst will play a key role in managing and delivering projects within the organization. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing project data, preparing reports, assisting in project planning, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time. Additional duties involve identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Conduct market research and analysis to support project planning and execution
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ongoing and upcoming projects
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, IT, and Marketing
- Provide regular project updates to management and relevant stakeholders
- Support the Marketing team with project-related updates, announcements, and campaign inputs
- Identify risks, issues, and delays, and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in process improvement and optimization initiatives
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Certification in Project Management is an advantage
- AML/CFT or compliance-related training is a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or operations
- Experience in FinTech and/or Financial Services industry is required
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating across departments
Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of FinTech and Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, or brokerage operations is an advantage
