Projec Engineer / Senior Engineer

Role description

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, prepare technical documentation, coordinate engineering activities, and monitor project schedules.
• Support implementation of engineering solutions; review drawings and specifications; coordinate resources and materials.
• Track project progress, identify technical issues, and support timely resolution of project challenges.
• Coordinate stakeholders, monitor project deliverables, and support testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
• For senior-level responsibilities, provide technical guidance, review engineering work, support planning and risk management, and contribute to improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project planning, technical documentation, and project execution.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with scheduling, resource planning, procurement coordination, cost monitoring, and risk management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, quality standards, safety requirements, and engineering practices.
• Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities and stakeholders, monitor deliverables, identify risks, evaluate technical solutions, and support corrective action.
• Senior responsibilities call for technical coordination, leadership, decision-making, and mentoring capabilities.
