About the Role
Calabasas Community Center for Social Development is seeking a highly experienced and mission-driven **Programs Director** to lead community development initiatives and social programs in Doha, Qatar.
This role focuses on overseeing program strategy, managing community projects, and ensuring sustainable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of social development programs
- Strategy Development: Align programs with organizational mission and community needs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with NGOs, government entities, and partners
- Impact Assessment: Monitor program outcomes and ensure effectiveness
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee funding allocation and operational efficiency
- Team Leadership: Manage program managers, field staff, and volunteers
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Senior-level experience in program management, NGO operations, or social development
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
- Education: Degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of community programs, NGOs, and social impact frameworks
- Leadership: Ability to manage multi-program portfolios and teams
