Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking skilled and motivated **Programming Trainers** to deliver professional training programs in Dubai.
We are hiring trainers for multiple domains including Java, C & C++, .NET, Full Stack Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development, and Python.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about programming and teaching, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions in your area of expertise (Java / C & C++ / .NET / Python / Full Stack / Web / Mobile Development)
- Teach fundamental to advanced programming concepts with real-world examples
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and project guidance
- Explain best practices in software development and industry standards
- Assist in preparing and updating course materials and training content
- Guide students in project development and problem-solving
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools

- Java Programming

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the listed technologies
- Basic understanding of software development practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
