Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a part-time basis.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

This unique opportunity enables you to contribute directly to the development of frontier AI models, leveraging your domain knowledge to improve the performance of AI systems across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications to drive high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver software solutions that meet the needs of a global leader in the AI industry.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best software engineering practices to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and reliability, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall software development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, Golang, Full-stack, Java, and Node.js, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, including agile development and continuous integration, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and debugging, to maintain and optimize software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
