What You'll Do
Provides expert-level technical leadership and subject matter expertise for complex, computerized business solutions, including significant, complex, and cross-functional initiatives..
Performs and leads the technical analysis, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of complex applications, systems, interfaces, data solutions, and technology processes.
Serves as a technical consultant to business partners, project teams, management, vendors, and consultants.
Applies broad technical and business knowledge to assess complex needs, resolve significant technical issues, evaluate technology alternatives, and recommend secure, reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that support Company strategy, operational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Establishes solution approaches, technical standards, design decisions, estimates, dependencies, and implementation requirements; works in partnership with project leadership and business stakeholders to support successful delivery.
Promotes continuous improvement through technology innovation, modernization, automation, and effective development practices.
Provides technical direction, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge transfer to Programmer Analysts and other technical staff.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills required to establish and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree is required in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related technical discipline. Additional education or experience in mathematics, accounting, business systems, data management, cloud technologies, or related disciplines is beneficial.
Twelve or more years required of progressively responsible experience in programming, systems analysis, application development, computer systems design, systems integration, or related information technology work.
Experience must demonstrate advanced technical competence, successful technical leadership of complex initiatives or workstreams, and the ability to independently solve complex business and technology problems.
How to Stand Out
Demonstrated expertise in Oracle's Enterprise Business Suite products or related technology disciplines.
Experience serving as a technical lead for complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-impacting technology initiatives.
Experience working directly with business users, project sponsors, management, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
Demonstrated ability to assess technology alternatives, develop practical recommendations, and improve and implement complex business processes.
Relevant technical certifications or an advanced degree.
Experience with business process improvement including supporting organizational change.
Special Requirements

- Occasional travel may be required to other company facilities.
Compensation
- The expected annual compensation range for this position is $113,000 - $141,000. Compensation offered will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
