Role overview
Oversees quality assurance and operational delivery for AFAQ training, leadership, executive education, and vocational programmes.
Ensures compliance with awarding and accreditation requirements, internal QA standards, and regulatory frameworks while supporting a strong learner experience.
Quality assurance and policy
- Ensure programme compliance and maintain programme specifications, assessment plans, and delivery frameworks.
- Conduct needs analysis; support internal verification, audits, corrective actions, and QA awareness sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA systems, procedures, and the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Manual.
- Coordinate with Programme Leaders and subject matter experts on consistent quality documentation.
Programme operations and monitoring
- Coordinate trainers, venues, materials, participant communications, interpreters, facilitators, and partner institutions before programme commencement.
- Prepare scheduled deliverables, monitor delivery quality and learner engagement, and maintain audit-ready programme records.
- Oversee online and blended course quality on the LMS, including content presentation, assessment administration, learner monitoring, and record-keeping.
- Review stakeholder feedback and analyse satisfaction, completion, and compliance metrics; report insights and track improvement actions.
Qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education is essential.
- At least five years of programme operations and quality assurance experience in training, vocational, or higher education is essential.
- Strong understanding of awarding body and accreditation standards and compliance processes is essential.
- A standardised Assessor and Internal Verifier qualification is essential.
