About This Role

Role Summary

Aubay UK is seeking a PMO Analyst to support programme governance, reporting, coordination, and tracking activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience maintaining programme frameworks and documentation (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Ability to track milestones, deliverables, KPIs and produce concise management reports.
  • Strong project coordination: meetings, agendas, minutes, follow‑ups.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to support cost and resource tracking.
  • Familiarity with PMO tools or dashboards.
  • Experience supporting senior programme stakeholders or PMs in high‑pressure environments
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in trading, energy, or complex operations.
  • Prior exposure to front-, mid-, and back-office environments.
