We are looking for a dedicated
Program Support Specialist
to support a major six-month client engagement.
This role will act as the on-call PMO presence at NHC premises during key program touchpoints, ensuring smooth coordination, responsive customer support, and strong governance across the full program lifecycle.
The selected candidate will work closely with the
Program Director
, supported by an extended remote and local delivery team, and will serve as a key coordination point between the client, internal stakeholders, trainers, facilitators, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
The Program Support specialist will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the program through strong planning, coordination, communication, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing on-call presence at client premises during major program milestones and touchpoints.
- Ensuring full customer support is available throughout the six-month engagement.
- Acting as the primary operational coordination point between client and the program delivery team.
- Supporting the Program Director with strategic oversight, stakeholder liaison, and program governance.
- Coordinating curriculum management, session planning, schedules, logistics, and daily program operations.
- Supporting the designathon architecture, including planning, participant flow, timelines, resources, and delivery coordination.
- Managing day-to-day issue resolution and ensuring timely escalation when required.
- Preparing and coordinating weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reporting cycles.
- Maintaining documentation, action logs, meeting notes, risk registers, and progress updates.
- Ensuring a single accountable escalation path for NHC program leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- We are looking for someone who is structured, reliable, client-facing, and comfortable operating in a high-visibility program environment.
- The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in PMO, program coordination, project management, learning delivery, consulting support, or client operations.
- Saudi national
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior client representatives and internal leadership teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing timelines, schedules, reports, and follow-ups.
- Ability to remain calm, responsive, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Experience supporting training, education, workforce development, transformation, or government-related programs is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required;
- Availability to be present at client premises.
