Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong customer focus
- Proven ability to understand, process, prepare and track reports and processes
- The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Pro-active problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple organizations to identify and solve project challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 10lbs and general mobility throughout the workday
- Flexible hours on occasion (weekends or evenings depending on the event)
- Occasional travel up to 25% (events, recruitment fairs)
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a business-related field or an additional 2 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a program support or administrative role, preferably within a government or military environment
