- A day in the life
- As a Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs.
- You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.
- Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks.
- Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership.
- With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- About the team
- The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization covers specialized function such as Heavy and Bulky fulfillment network, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF).
- The UAF channels allow Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/ seller warehouse, offering millions of new selection while holding the same Prime bar of customer experience (CX) as provided by Amazon FCs.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
