What You'Ll Do

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered.

With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

As a Program Manager within the FMCG team, you will take ownership of key commercial workstreams, using data and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities, prioritize business needs, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.

This is an analytical and commercially focused role that requires strong decision-making, the ability to work with data, and the confidence to manage competing priorities.

  • Own and drive commercial workstreams end to end, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.
  • Analyze business performance, sales trends, and operational data to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Use Excel, BI tools, and other analytical resources to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prioritize competing business requests and initiatives based on their commercial impact, urgency, and overall value to the business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Category teams, to drive business objectives.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and develop structured solutions to improve performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against business targets, and proactively highlight risks or areas requiring attention.
  • Prepare business updates, performance reports, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Take ownership of problems and follow through on solutions, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges in a structured and logical manner.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing requests effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding business performance and growth drivers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently.
  • Previous exposure to analytical projects, business case studies, internships, or data-driven assignments is an advantage.

Who will excel?

  • We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
  • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
  • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
  • noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
