Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and implementation of complex and strategic transformational programs, working closely with leaders across multiple functions.
  • Establish transformational program vision and direction by developing program roadmaps, schedules, and milestones.
  • Leverage domain expertise to improve product development and business processes, accelerating program execution and efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Manage communications on progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams to proactively anticipate and resolve execution issues.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning projects, tools, or infrastructure.
  • Experience in planning, change management, or process consulting.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management or finance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional, or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in product development, consulting, technical program management, operations, or supply chain in the technology industry.
  • Experience developing technology or operational strategies and translating strategies into program and project plans.
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders on cross-functional projects.
