Your team and role

Program responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage initiatives to balance work across the year, ensure resourcing, and deliver within agreed timelines and budget.
• Own program-level reporting forums, including PSG and EDF.
• Prepare financial, status, risk, issue, and change control materials for the Program Steering Group.
• Act as the first escalation point for project managers and solution delivery managers.
• Establish project governance and review status, financials, risks, and issues with delivery managers; assist with resolution or escalation.
• Manage funding and change requests to keep the program within its agreed business plan, scope, timing, and budget.
• Lead quarterly and yearly planning and conduct initial discovery of new initiatives.

Capability and experience

• Sound knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
• Experience delivering projects involving product development, vendor selection, and onboarding.
• End-to-end business project or program management expertise, not limited to IT delivery.
• Experience in large and complex environments, including IT-business dependencies.
• Proven experience managing programs and engaging diverse stakeholders up to executive level.
• Financial services industry experience is mandatory; wealth management experience is ideal.
