Program Manager – Strategic Account (Israel)

Role overview

Account ownership and governance

• Own Israel-based deployments and programmes and represent Vertiv in customer governance reviews, forums, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate business units, lead alignment meetings, and manage commitments, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
• Implement governance processes including RCA, 8D problem-solving, KPI tracking, and CAPA verification.
• Drive quality governance, regional coordination, and accountability for delivery.

Risk, communication, and improvement

• Identify risks and customer needs early, coordinate escalations, and drive resolution before issues grow.
• Develop account communications and provide regular governance reports, progress updates, and status briefings.
• Maintain a clear record of decisions, actions, and commitments and prevent communication gaps between business units and the customer.
• Improve delivery efficiency, cycle times, customer experience, and process consistency; contribute to the strategic account delivery model.

Required qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification at HND level or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of program or contract management experience in a complex delivery environment.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, data centres, or power solutions.
• Track record serving as the dedicated single point of contact for major or strategic accounts and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and quality management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Hebrew is advantageous.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and autonomous working skills; valid driving licence and willingness to travel within EMEA.

Preferred experience

• Prince2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• International or multi-region program coordination, vendor and contract management, and account-management experience are preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification and experience with programmes exceeding $5M are preferred.

Working conditions

• Work includes EMEA office, data centre, and construction-site environments.
• Frequent travel to and from Israel, with occasional international travel and overnight stays.
