Role overview
Lead complex, high-impact programs aligned with Vision 2030.
Work across multiple clients and industries in strategy and analytics delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale strategy and analytics programs across multiple clients and industries.
- Define and manage program governance aligned with client priorities and SDG Arabia standards.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
- Drive collaboration across data analytics, EPM, and digital transformation practices.
- Monitor and report program performance, budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Coach and mentor project managers in KSA.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing delivery portfolios or large programs in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong background in business strategy and data analytics delivery.
- Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and C-level engagement.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Prior KSA or GCC market experience is highly desirable.
