Lead delivery of a complex programme in a technical financial-services environment.
Use Clarity financial software and budgeting practices to maintain programme plans, financial oversight, risk management and delivery reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated programme plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and outcomes.
- Use Clarity for programme budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate business, product, technology and delivery stakeholders across workstreams.
- Report progress, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and recovery actions.
- Identify blockers, assign owners, manage mitigations and escalate material risks.
- Facilitate working sessions and governance forums; improve delivery practices, accountability and visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programmes or large-scale projects.
- Hands-on Clarity experience for programme financial management, budgeting, forecasting or reporting.
- Financial and budgeting experience tracking spend, forecasts and performance.
- Experience with programme plans, multiple workstreams, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies in a technical environment.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including senior-stakeholder status updates.
- Ability to structure ambiguous delivery environments and turn objectives into actionable plans.
- Experience with business and technology teams in a hybrid delivery environment.
- Able to work onsite in the Greater Toronto Area two days weekly.
Preferred qualifications
- Financial services, banking or another regulated-environment delivery experience is a nice to have.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a nice to have.
- Agile, waterfall or hybrid methodology experience is a nice to have.
