Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of customer requirements from intake through customer use across health systems running the medical necessity products.
• Track per-customer configuration work for new launches and existing customer updates.
• Translate customer requests into buildable work with acceptance criteria while coordinating customers, product, and engineering.
• Support sprint-level prioritization when customer requests compete.
• Partner with the AI Transformation team on health system rollout and help establish a repeatable rollout motion.
• Identify recurring customer-request patterns and feed them into the roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of program management, project management, implementation, or delivery experience.
• Experience shipping a real product to a customer through production use and continued adoption; school projects and internships do not count.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams through requirements writing, backlog management, and sprint-based delivery.
• Deep comfort with Jira as a primary working tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple customers and internal teams.
• Appetite to learn healthcare and utilization review domains from scratch.

Ideal Experience

• Startup or fast-growing company experience is preferred.
• Health technology or healthcare SaaS experience, especially implementation, customer program management, or delivery experience, is preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise or health system customers is preferred.
• Program or delivery experience with an ambition to move into product management is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or health system IT environments is preferred.

Desirable Skills

• Execution bias, detail orientation, ownership, cross-functional judgment, prioritization instinct, learning agility, and product curiosity are desirable.

Pay and Benefits

• The stated pay range is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
