Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with program schedules, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality activities.
• Maintain project plans and action-item registers; track risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and prepare weekly status reports and management presentations.
• Support new product introduction activities and phase-gate reviews; escalate schedule, resource, and technical issues as appropriate.

Qualifications and requirements

• Professional English proficiency is required for business communication, collaboration, and job responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project or Jira.
